Sound Bath for Deep Rest & Relaxation (Blue Room, ANU Sport)
Overview
Take a moment to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through a soothing 1 hour Sound Bath for Deep Rest and Relaxation.
This gentle, meditative experience invites you to simply lie back, close your eyes, and be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other beautiful instruments. The sounds and frequencies work through your whole being — helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your energy back into harmony.
As the layers of sound unfold, you may find yourself drifting into a deeply restful state where the body can reset and the spirit can restore. It’s an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you, make space for calm, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and peace.
Whether this is your first Sound Bath or a familiar practice, all you need to do is come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you gently inward.

A Message from your Sound Bath Facilitator
Hi everyone! I’m Lauren, and I’m currently on a spiritual and healing path devoted to personal growth and wellbeing, while training to become a qualified Sound Bath Practitioner.
I’ve always been drawn to sound and frequency, long before I knew of their power as tools for healing. Over the past few years, I’ve been attending Sound Baths that have deeply inspired me to explore Sound Healing further and hold space for others through this nourishing, non-invasive modality.
My journey has also connected me with mantra and meditation, inspired by my regular visits and heartfelt connection to India, where I’ve experienced the beauty of these ancient traditions firsthand.
Through intuition, compassion, and a love of wellness, I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and restorative space where you can unwind, reset, and reconnect. Each session offers a unique sound journey, guided by the collective energy in the room and featuring both traditional and modern instruments from around the world.
I’m truly grateful for your support as I continue to deepen my practice, expand my understanding, and flourish on this path toward becoming a qualified Sound Bath Practitioner.
Peace & Blessings, Lauren 🌸
