WHAT IS THE SONG OF TANTRA?
The sounds of love-making
The sounds of child-birth
The sounds of emotion
The sounds of laughter
The sounds of animals dying
… however these sounds cannot be written in words.
So we write of the relationship between the Singer and the Listener.
Trust in Love.

1. What is Tantra?
Lots of people believe Tantra is just about sex and getting naked. It’s not. It’s actually a PRACTICE. A doctrine originating in India, Tantra means “to stretch” ('Tan') “the instrument of yourself” ('Tra'). It’s “the way of expanding ourselves”. Tantra includes sexuality, but it’s really about how to live an amazing life, how to have healthy relationships and process your emotions in a way that really serves you. It’s about being your authentic self and living a vibrant life. It activates your vital energy. That ‘something’ that makes a parent rock their baby, musicians write their melodies, lovers sway during a slow dance…It’s that something you experience when you try not to laugh when you’re supposed to be serious, when you’re overcome with emotion from a near miss at the football or when you’re pumped after an amazing yoga session. Tantra is life force and when it’s accessed and moved, it weaves incredible magic in your life.
2. I’ve Heard Some Things About Tantra… Will I Be In Safe Hands?
You’re in VERY safe hands! Chantelle, Simon and Juliet are experts in Tantra and healing the emotional body. They have facilitated a magnitude of workshops around the world of all sizes with people of all kinds. You’ll be supported and given all the tools you need to stay safe throughout the day. This is an Introductory Day so all the concepts and tools will be beginner friendly.
3. How ‘Hands-On’ Is This Workshop?
The workshop will involve practical and physical solo and group work, facilitated and guided by the Facilitators. There is no nudity or exploration of sexual energy with another. This workshop relates to sexuality, but involves non-sexual, uncomplicated & beautiful interaction. Remember, you’re in your personal sovereignty 100% of the time. You go at your pace and do only what YOU want to do.
4. Is It Suitable For Everyone?
Absolutely! Women and men from all backgrounds and experiences are welcome, from the complete beginner to the most experienced. You can come alone, with your partner or with as many friends as you like! This event is open to people of all sexual preferences.
We’re so excited to see you!
