Join us on Friday 26 August at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Adelaide for a special luncheon as Ray White Groups Managing Director, Dan White provides insight into the future of commercial and residential property in South Australia.

In its 5th generation of family ownership, Ray White is Australia’s largest Real Estate Agency, has a legacy of more than 120 years and was responsible for $90b in property turnover last year.

Overseeing more than 1,000 individual offices throughout Australasia and a portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and rural property, as well as hotels, marine, property management and property funds investment, there are few people that understand the property market and where it is headed like Dan White.

Over lunch, you will also hear from an expert panel discussing issues surrounding South Australia’s property market including supply, investment opportunities, and economic challenges.

Elias Farah - Principal Partner Property and Projects Legal Specialist, Commercial & Legal

Elias has been practising in the areas of property, projects, conveyancing, and commercial law for more than 20 years, specialising in both commercial and residential projects, and is well attuned to the South Australian real estate market.

He is a close advisor to developers, landlords and property industry bodies. His main areas of focus are property acquisitions and disposals, large-scale property developments specialising in land estates, apartment projects and hotels (including mixed-use), strata and community title advice, property due diligence, leasing transactions, and property-related banking and finance transactions, general property and projects advice.

Fairlie Delbridge - Chair, Real Estate Institute of South Australia

Fairlie is the owner and Managing Director of Cminus Sustainable Spaces, an established property development and consultancy company that has an affection for affordable housing, innovation, disruption and placemaking.

She has a breadth of experience including as General Manager of Strategy and Innovation at Renewal SA, she is also a former owner/operator of a number of Mcdonald's Family restaurants in WA and SA and a former Business Development executive at Citibank.

She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a number of non-executive Director roles including as Chair of The Real Estate Institute of SA, a Director of the National Recovery and Resilience Agency in Canberra, Director of Junction Australia, a former member of The Adelaide Economic Development Agency and Unity Housing.

Simon Schrapel - CEO, Uniting Communities

Simon has enjoyed a 35+ year career of working in the social and community services field in Australia and abroad in a range of practice, policy, planning and management roles.

He has held positions in local and state government, as well as non-government organisations. He is currently the Chief Executive of Uniting Communities, a South Australian community service agency committed to social justice and inclusion.
