Have you started yoga and are unsure if you are doing things right? Have you been practicing for a while, but are still not confident with the execution of your poses? Have you always wanted to dive deeper than just the yoga poses? Well we have the right thing for you!
Our yoga intensive 2-week immersion course is suitable for yoga beginners and returners looking to bring more sparkle to their practice. We have created a course that is safe and accessible to everyone and we will support you throughout your journey with yoga. Learn the philosophy of yoga, practice the poses and go on a journey of exploration.
Experience yoga as a whole. Gain a better understanding of Yoga, its history and philosophy, practice breath exercises and explore different meditation techniques every week as we meet. .
Each session we will break down the key poses. We will focus on a safe and comfortable alignment and are open to questions or concerns as we move.
This course comprises 2 x 4-4.5 hour-sessions, one session held every Sunday: September 20th and 27th . It includes opening/closing ceremonies, theory components and in-depth Yoga classes.

What to bring:
Towel & bottle of water. Mats are provided however we recommend bringing your own for hygienic reasons.
