Kokedama, translated from Japanese means "Moss Ball". Originating in Japan in the 1600's during the Edo Period, they were invented to allow Bonsais to live outside a pot. Kokedamas are making come back and gaining popularity, they can be grown indoors or outside and offer a versatile quirky solution to people gardening in small spaces.
In this workshop you will be taken through all the steps to construct your very own kokedama using native plants and you will also learn about how to look after your kokedama.
