Coming this Sunday 12 of December:

If you are of Eastern European heritage, one of your favourite meals is bound to be sarma.

Fermented cabbage leaves (sauerkraut), lean meat with a little bit of rice, a generous amount of freshly ground pepper and sweet paprika, and smoked pork to add a depth of flavour to the clear broth. It also comes with mashed potatoes.
