Steve Ward is generally regarded as the UK's original practising social recruiter. Running his agency CloudNine purely as a social attraction driven business, they won business, sourced candidates, built brand reputation and drove growth almost purely through inbound traffic. Yes the agency operated for 10 years without making a sales call!
Steve will, over the sessions cover 4 key areas where social media and modern forms of communication, can integrate effectively into agency recruiting. These are probably less for ultimate beginners, but are much more strategic thinking sessions. Less 'How to post on Twitter', more 'How to utilise Twitter audiences to drive inbound business strategy in conjunction with other platforms, and in line with business goals'. Also, less a 'show and tell' but more a 'show and discuss' - there are no right or wrong answers, only what works for your market. Most importantly, how it fits into natural agency practice also.

Weds 5th April 2017: Being a Magnet To Your Market - taking social presence and effective branding to the next level, becoming a leader not a player, providing for your market, being a centrepiece in all that is effective. In turn, this can win business, draw inbound talent flow, and raise the gravitas of the agency brand.
Each session runs from 8.30am for a 9am start, finishing at 12pm, and we're aiming for a 'roundtable' style discussion around the subject - with typically 6-8 people in the room each time. You can book for individual classes at £95 per delegate.
