With a small group of just four other people in a quiet and friendly setting, you will be able to learn the basics of social media and know for sure that no question will appear silly.

> understanding the language of social media # hashtags, @ tags or mentions etc
> an introduction to each platform with tips and tricks on how you can use them for your purpose
> how to create effective posts (that can go viral) and articles (that can be found in Google search results)
> the importance of engagement and reviews
> making the whole process manageable (curating and creating content, social media policy, tools and management)
> realistic options on how to move forward whilst respecting your privacy and your time
