About this Event

The class focuses on Facebook and Instagram but also introduces Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube and blogging. And it gives you the tools to plan and manage your social media - effectively and efficiently. 

This is an intensive, short course on social media. By the end, you'll have a much clearer understanding of what you should be doing and the inspiration and tools to get going. 

Where the social media course is taught

This course is taught online using live video streaming.

Your trainer is there with you live. The class size is also small - so you’ll be able to ask questions. The course comes with a one-month free consultation following the class.

We are based in Sydney and have attendees from all cities in Australia (including Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong) and NZ (Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch), but you can do this course wherever you are in the world. 

To do the course you just need a computer and an adequate internet connection. You will need to download and install Zoom software before the course. Once booked in you'll receive a secure link and password to be part of the course. 

When the social media training is being run

The course is comprised of two consecutive mornings - a Thursday and Friday. Each morning runs 9.30am to 1.30pm - with a morning tea break at 11.15am. (Times are Australian Eastern Standard. Convert to your local time.) 

This social media training is offered once a month. Click on the 'Select a Date' button to find the dates we have scheduled.

Who is teaching the course?

Phil Stubbs has 10+ years experience working in advertising and the media, 10+ years teaching at universities, and 7+ years campaigning online.

He has a solid foundation in marketing having worked in leading advertising agencies in Sydney including The Campaign Palace. He’s worked on campaigns for clients with large budgets – from Rydges Hotels to Oil of Ulay through to small business, creative startups, charities and causes. He set up practical advertising programs at Charles Sturt University and the Uni of Western Sydney.
