Thu. 27 October 2016, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm ACDT
This interactive session will explore the work of a small but growing movement of government and social innovation labs prototyping new policy and services by working with real, live citizens.
Led by The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI), Australia's leading human-centred design specialists for social impact, learn how labs around the world are using qualitative user research to better understand citizens, and using risk controlling experiments to develop an evidence base for new interventions before large scale roll out.
Explore the work of government policy labs from the UK, Europe, US as well as TACSI’s own work in child protection and employment.
