Description

NDS invites you to this half day workshop, Social Innovation in the NDIS Marketplace, which will focus on developing your organisation’s understanding of key themes in social innovation, and develop your business capability to deliver positive social impact as the sector transitions to an increasingly competitive market with the implementation of the NDIS in your region.

In this workshop you will develop your understanding and capability to engage in social innovation. Social innovation methodology is highly collaborative in nature and seeks to solve local problems by involving local people; connects partners from public, private and NFP sectors with different expertise; and can stimulate novel and innovative solutions to complex social problems. The workshop will explore how to develop futures-focussed, effective, efficient and sustainable business models to provide services and supports attractive to existing and new customers and able to support people to achieve their goals and aspirations.

This workshop will cover the following areas:

  • Shared Value
  • Partnering for Innovation
  • Innovation for Competitive Advantage
  • Social Enterprise

Who should attend this workshop?
