Dancing has many positive health benefits and is a wonderful activity that will benefit your mind, body, and spirit. Dancing is a great social activity and studies have shown that socialising and dancing can contribute to high self-esteem, increased self-confidence and a more positive outlook. Dancing reduces stress and tension, so over time it enhances your life in so many ways.

David & Therese Photios commenced dancing on a social level in the 1990s.
David & Therese are 2006 NSW Open New Vogue champions and finalists of other major competitions including Adult Open South Pacific Dance Championships and the National Championships.
Therese and David are accredited coaches with Dancesport Australia and members of the Federal Association of Teachers of Dancing. They have now taught at a professional level for over 10 years in both group classes and private lessons.

Admission to a Social Dance is $18 per person and includes an hour class, tea, coffee, biscuits / light supper and cool drinks.
