What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is a train from the city on the Frankston line and the venue is a short walk from the station. Buses are also available. The venue has a 330 space underground car park open from 7am to 1.30am daily, tickets are available from machines located on yellow posts in the car park at a cost of $1.50 per hour to a maximum of $5.50 per day.

Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend but please email the organiser to notify us
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, please don't print your ticket as we will check you in at the door
What is the refund policy?
We would prefer if you could transfer your ticket to a friend or put a notice in the Facebook event that you're selling your ticket. However if for some reason you are unable to attend, you must contact Soar Collective as soon as you know, via email to email@example.com by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event. You will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $25.00 to cover costs incurred in relation to your registration prior to August 31st 2016. Should you cancel between September 1st - September 8th 2016, a 50% refund will be instated and the remaining cost of the ticket will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refund will be payable for cancellations made on or after September 8th 2016 prior to the commencement of the event.
