Reggie P's Catering & BBQ are BEYOND EXCITED to welcome our great friends Jake Gandolfo & Jo Irizarry of Black Board Bar-B-Q all the way from Sisterdale, Texas to come and cook up a storm for y'all!

Chef Roderick Pieper and Chef Jake Gandolfo met and made a friendship over a love of all things food and BBQ. The Reggie P's team were lucky enough to travel to Sisterdale, TX in early 2019 and now it's time for the Black Board Bar-B-Q Team to make their first trip Down Under!

Together we will be entertaining our guests with a culinary collision of native and regional Australian produce smashed together with techniques and flavours of the great Southern States of America over a 3-course meal that'll have you rolling out the door.

This is a one of a kind foodie event for the Riverina and Australian BBQ!
