Workshop facilitator is Christina Gerakiteys, Creative Director, Ideation At Work. Christina expresses a love of working in the innovation arena and the creative industries, presenting workshops and consulting with businesses and organisations to systemise innovation into their workplaces.

She consults as Business Advisor for the Creative Industries at The Business Centre and, in collaboration with the Business Centre, has developed the Rippler Effect Innovation Program.

Christina has been a part of Creativity and Innovation committees in the Hunter and on the Central Coast for several years. She speaks regularly on radio about innovation and business.

She plays a role in programming the Hunter Innovation Forum and brought the BRW Most Innovative Companies Breakfast to Newcastle in 2013 and 2014.

Christina works in collaboration with several organisations including UQ Power and Delivering Results and is a producer of Digital Media.

Christina is currently furthering her professional skills in the innovation space with a detailed doctoral study of Innovation and Creativity to complement her expertise in Business Management and training.
