Description

ABOUT THIS SESSION:

These two-hour seminars address some of the most frequently requested domains of supervision practice development. Offered monthly on a rotational basis, they provide context for practice sharing and for raising questions or concerns about supervision.

This seminar provides advice for fostering candidate wellbeing. It explores how supervisors develop cross-cultural, gender and ability-related awareness in their work, as well as responding with empathy to candidates’ emotional needs. It discusses how supervisors might respond to difficult situations, as well as how to manage difficult conversations.
