Come join me for 30 days of wellness and transformation. Before I found this way of living I had no idea what to do. So this journey is leading me to make it much simpler and practical.

The Small Step Solutions to Better Health is aimed at providing:

* Strategies to transform your thinking around foods so that you don't have to battle willpower

* Accountability to talk through the challenges and successes you have on this journey - you're not alone (FB group)

* Alternatives your old food choices so that there is no more excuses

* Small daily practices to keep you on track and feeling better physically and mentally

* Solutions to triggers so that you start to create new patterns of behaviour around your health

* Clear direction on what you want in this journey and the keys to success

* Weekly training and Q and A for the week (yet to be scheduled)
