Small Group Training
Small Group Training is high intensity training, with elements of strength, cardio, core, boxing and bootcamp.
Each Small Group Training Session is in a group of 14 people or less, with a Personal Trainer as your guide through the high-intensity workout.
The group setting and addition of a PT is highly motivating and will encourage you to lift yourself, and your goals.
