About this Event
Automation is a common buzz word in business!
But when it comes to setting it up, words like Zapier, integration, and API are enough to make your brain spin. Not to mention knowing what you should be automating and the best way to go about it.
So let's get you started.
On Friday, December 6, we are going to be holding two sessions dedicated to getting automation into your business. You can choose to attend just the information session, or stay for the action session as well (this is where you are going to get the most takeaways!)
Information Session
Running from 9:30am to 11:30am, we are going to be talking about:
- What automation is
- The terminology that you need to know and understand
- How you can get your apps to talk to each other to stop double actions
- How to get your tools to do some of the work for you (become a consistent onboarding superstar)
- Tips and tricks on the things that you could and should automate as well as the ones you need to stay away from
Action Session
After a break for a bite to eat, we then return for a hands on action session.
During this time, we will be working on creating automations for your individual business.
First we will look at what to automate (this is up to you and your imagination!)
From there we will help you to navigate the world of integration and answer your automation questions.
What you accomplish during this session will be up to you - it is possible to completely set up between 3 and 10 automations!
What you need to know is that we will be there every step of the way (holding your hand if we need to!). Guiding you on on what and how so that you can leave feeling comfortable in using your new automations.
Please note that the action session is limited to 5 people only so that we can give you the support needed.
Included Support
Once the day is over, we won't leave you hanging. Those that come along to the action session will have one week of email support included where you can ask us for help on your automations that you created on the day, or any others that you are trying to set up.
Venue Information
There is plenty of free parking available onsite and Helensvale Shopping Centre is just metres away for your coffee and food fixes.
FAQ
What happens if I am unable to attend?
You are able to transfer your ticket to another person to attend on your behalf. No refunds will be issued less than 14 days to the event date.
Is there a cost to use automation in my business?
The software that we are going to introduce you to does provide free plans which allows you to create up to five automations for free. It is only once you exceed the number of automations or you wish to use premium apps (such as Xero, Quickbooks, and other online tools) that you will need to be on a paid plan.
