- Relaxation and pain management techniques
- Breathing awareness
- Positioning for 1st and 2nd stages of labour
- Essential exercises
- Recovery after birth
Please have 2 pillows with you when you login to the class.
When booking a ticket for this class it includes a place for your partner/support person.
You are welcome to attend following your 14th week of pregnancy.
You must be delivering at KEMH and have a current Medicare card to attend this class.
