The Doss House have created a Masterclass for the whisky enthusiasts to offer a fully interactive evening and in depth experience you will not want to miss.

We have teamed up with one of Australia’s top whisky experts Loy Catada to bring you a Masterclass facing on Single Malts vs Blended Scotch Whisky.

 Single Malt vs Blended Scotch Whisky

We often treat Scotch whiskies as falling into the categories of blends and single malts.  Which do you think is better? Does this category distinction correspond to a perceptual difference detectable by whisky drinkers? In this tasting session, we will endeavour to answer these key questions as we break down the Dewar’s and Sons whisky blends and discover the malts within. We will also discuss the unique production process of each whiskies and how these effect to your overall whisky experience.

We will be tasting -

 * Dewar’s 12 YO

* Dewars Double Aged

* Single Aged

* The Malts within

* Aberfeldy 12

* Craigellachie 13

* Aultmore 12

* Royal Brackla

This Masterclass includes a whisky cocktail on arrival accompanied with sharing platters. All guests will also receive a Glencairn to take home.
