Event description
Celebrate 35 years of choral excellence in Bendigo. Featuring solo past choristers and the current BYC Performing and Reserve choirs.

About this Event

Past members join with the current Bendigo Youth Choir for an afternoon concert showcasing the talent of Bendigo.

There will be individual performances, choir items and messages from past members now active in the music industry.

The concert is a celebration of the 35th Anniversary of choral excellence in Bendigo. We come together to acknowledge and witness the growth of the choir and all those who have contributed since its inception.

Sam Kane, Bendigo Young Citizen of the Year 2019 and past choir member will compare the afternoon concert.

Performers include: Angie Hogan, Gina Hogan, Zoe Drummond, Ally Grenfell, Luke Gallagher, Meryl Wilkinson, Gabriel Macura, Shelley Rodrigues , BYC Performing Choir, BYC Reserve Choir and a combined performance of all past and present members.

The concert will be followed by afternoon tea and the much anticipated launch of 'The Letter' a beautiful composition and accompanying book 'Forget Me Not' by our very talented Valmai Harris.
