Simply Fitness

Fitness is not just about image, it is feeling good about yourself. Enhance your fitness and well-being, develop stronger muscles and bones. Work through - strength training, stretch, cardio workout and balance and coordination movements. Be inspired, energised and have fun with a fully qualified fitness instructor. Suitable for any age and level of fitness.

Session dates, all at 1.30pm - 2.30pm
