In this hands on workshop we'll be exploring the joy and satisfaction of producing wonderful dairy products in your own kitchen. We'll be making some fresh cheeses: labneh, ricotta, mozzarella and fetta, as well as cultured butter, sour cream, and ghee. We'll start the day with morning tea and then a tour of the farm. Then we'll gather to make lots of delicious dairy products, and you'll leave with the confidence to be able to reproduce them at home. We'll talk about raw milk and pasteurised milk and sourcing everything you need to make your own home dairy!
