  • Learn strategies for bringing ease to daily demands, routines and relationships.
  • Explore how practicing mindfulness can reduce stress and increase energy, clarity, confidence and calm.
  • Rediscover the joy of simple pleasures and simply being.

Just 2 hours each week for 4 weeks, and a little practce in between, can make a big difference!
