Description

A tour where fashion doesn't cost the earth!

Join me for a super fun day of fashion shopping on the tour with a difference, that makes a difference, visiting some of Perth's finest pre-loved fashion houses, secondhand designer and consignment boutiques.

After an invigorating coffee, our fantastic Shopportunity Shuttle will whisk you and your friends off on a day of guilt-free fashion shopping in boutiques, the likes of which you've never seen! Just as they used to be, our stops are staffed by the loving owners who run them, ready, willing and able to assist in styling you to the nines!

Best of all, every item stocked in these stores has been lovingly hand-curated by the owners to be in as-new condition and of the utmost quality. No compromises! This way you can be sure you have access to the finest, highest quality, premium condition, preloved or gently worn garments around! Plus, you'll be doing your part to contribute to the planet by saving textiles from landfill - one of the best sustainable and eco-friendly ways to shop for fashion.

So grab your besties, workmates, mums, sisters, aunties and grandmas - anyone who is up for a fun Saturday out shopping up a storm with Shopportunity Knocks!

FAQs

If you can't find the answer you are looking for below, please email your enquiry to shopportunityknocksperth@gmail.com

What is included for the $59 ticket price?

Your $59 ticket will include:

  • Transportation to five different venues across Perth (no parking worries) and a return to your vehicle at the end of the day
  • A morning coffee from our friendly local coffee van
  • Access to daily specials and discounts being offered exclusively to Shopportunity Knocks customers at some of the venues
  • Goodie bag
  • Reusable canvas shopping bad to hold all your purchases

*NB - lunch is not included in the ticket price as appetites and budgets vary so widely. We do stop for lunch though so be sure to bring along some cash as the venue does not accept seperate billing.

Is this an Op-Shop tour?

No. Op shops, thrift stores, charity stores and goodwill are not what we visit on Shopportunity Knocks tours. By definition, an op-shop is run by a charity or not-for-profit organisation and sells donated items. The boutiques we visit are locally owned small businesses that sell secondhand, designer and high-end clothing either on consignment for others, or that which they have purchased outright for resale. The garments are carefully curated to be free of damage, odours, threads or missing buttons and therefore every piece you see will be in the best condition. The brands that are stocked are only those of utmost quality both in construction and design: many "fast fashion" brands are not stocked. The boutiques are very selective on your behalf.

I can't make it on the specified dates. Are there other times available?

Please call 0407 550 440 or email shopportunityknocksperth@gmail.com to request a bespoke date for your tour. We are happy to oblige depending on your number of attendees (minimum of 6 required for tour to proceed)

Can I bring my own vehicle?

You could, but where's the fun in that? :D

Additionally, some of the venues have limited parking opportunities close by. The Shopportunity Shuttle minimises any congestion for surrounding businesses.

Where can I leave my vehicle?

You may leave your vehicle at Car Park No 2 Hasler Road Osborne Park - our pick up location. You will be returned here at the end of the day. There is no charge to park here.

Can I just show up on the day or do I need to book?

We would appreciate you booking ahead of time for a few reasons:

  • I'd like time to get to know you, your style and what you are shopping for via our brief feedback form prior to the event
  • I need to ensure there are enough available seats on the coach
  • I'd like the morning to get off to a smooth start for all my passengers
  • I don't have the capacity to receive payment on the day and therefore all bookings must be done online via secure booking engine

What is the minimum and maximum group size for tours?

We don't have a minimum group size. Come alone. Bring a friend. Bring a few. By the end of the day, you'll have a new bunch of besties!

The maximum number we can accommodate is 11 people.

I booked on a day where I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund? Is my ticket transferrable?

We are happy to offer a full refund or transfer providing we are notified at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Any cancellation within 48hours of the scheduled event will not receive a credit or refund but may be transferred to another name.

What if the tour gets cancelled?

In the event that the Shopportunity Knocks Tour event cannot proceed, a full refund will be provided, or alternative date offered to any ticket holders. A minimum of 6 passengers will allow the tour to proceed. We apologise if rescheduling causes any inconvenience.
