About this Event
You are invited to join us for the launch of our Shining Stars programme: fun dance classes for the intellectually different.
Dance Culture's Shining Stars classes will provide opportunities for community involvement, creative expression, physical health & well-being to those who might otherwise struggle to find those opportunities.
Parents, carers and volunteers welcome and encouraged to attend.

Schedule:
11:00am Doors open for check-in
11:30am Studio 1: Dance class for school-aged students (under 18 years of age)
11:30am Studio 2: Dance class for adult-aged students (18 years of age and over)
12:30pm Classes end
Is this for me?
If you are intellectually different then you are welcome and encouraged to join us. It will be a lot of fun! Carers, parents and volunteers may attend for free.
Enrolment:
To try this class for the first time is $19 per participant. Bookings must be made in advance as we have limited passes available.
Location:
The Dance Culture studio is located at 474 Ipswich Road, Annerley at the intersection of Ipswich Road and Annerley Road. The door to Dance Culture can be found between Yesterday's Thrift Shop and the Lifeline shop. Please note that we are upstairs and do not have any wheelchair access, sorry.
Plenty of street parking is available on Ipswich Road, Dudley Street East and Waldheim Street.
COVIDSafe:
We are a COVIDSafe venue. Please stay home if you feel sick. Upon arrival please sanitise your hands and follow all COVID-related instructions by staff.
Refund policy:
As we have limited passes available, passes can only be cancelled and refunded until 48 hours before the start of the class.
