Event description

Description

Many of us are no longer willing to pay for our success and accomplishments with burnout and exhaustion.

Women are wanting new models for flourishing: models that include downtime, time for dreaming for play and for reflection.

We are the lucky ones in that we have an intrinsic, strong, clear monthly rhythm we can co operate with.

When we follow our body's natural ebb and flow our nervous system finally relaxes, our energy becomes sustainable and predictable… and it feels so dam good !!

This workshop is an exploration of Conscious Menstruation as an embodied practice.

Over two "moon cycles" you will explore and integrate this knowledge into your life.

-Cycle Awareness as tailor made self-care

-Cycle tracking to soothe your nervous system and relax deeply into your body's unique pattern

-How to align your work and play around your high and low energy times

-Cycles as the foundation of a woman’s embodiment

- How to cultivate your instinctive capacity and predict your most i intuitive days

-How Cycle Awareness preserves soulfulness by marrying our
action to reflection and depth.

In theses sessions you will learn about your changing self and what it means to embody these changes through theory, body centred practice and sharing with other women.

Develop the art of cycle awareness and discover how cyclical consciousness is a body language we can all relearn and remember.

Get clear on how "feminine" energy cycles and how it cycles more uniquely in you.

Bring order and rhythm to your life so you can more fully step into your sovereignty, accomplish your goals and more generously contribute to the world.
