In the picturesque gardens of The Old Butter Factory, Telegraph Point.

This session can be experienced as a stand alone session, but it is also included as part of the Shamanic 'Heart & Soul Retreat' which continues on the Sunday for a full day.

The sacred cacao (healing hot chocolate) will be made from organic ingredients, including the cacao bean, from which chocolate is made, and does not have any hallucinogenic or “out of body” effects.

The cacao ceremony is to help open the heart and re-balance the energies within us, and helps to restore good health.

I will be drumming for part of this session but there will also be an invitation for others to join in with the drumming,

I will have some spare drums and percussion to use if you do not have any.

If you have a drum you have not used in a while, you may like to participate in a cleansing and 'birthing' of your drum.
