Get in touch with your inner goddess with this introductory short course to Raqs Sharqi (belly-dance). Discover and isolate muscles you didn't even know you had to shimmy, pop and undulate with the best of them! In this short course you will cover the foundation technique and repertoire of circular and linear movements using the upper body, hips and arms.
Dress comfortably and come prepared to have some fun! No prior dance experience required; Hip scarves provided but feel to bring your own - the jinglier the better!
Please bring a water bottle.
