Event description
The ACT Wildlife Sewing Group cordially invites you to the monthly:

About this event

Sewing Group Workshop

Please come equiped to cut fabric, sew fabric, knit or crochet, and learn project patterns. We have towering piles of flannelette to be CUT, PIECED TOGETHER, and SEWN (all skill levels/experience welcome). All instructions and template patterns will be provided and all members are welcome (young and old)! If you are a keen sewer and have your own machine, it would be fabulous if you could bring it along too!

We want to make a bit of a social gathering out of this so you don't need to be interested in sewing, just come along to have a sit and chat!

If you have even just an hour to spare please pop on by!

Register online for ACT Wildlife training!

ACT Wildlife is the only native wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and release organisation in Canberra. We take injured, orphaned, and sick wildlife and provide care until they are ready to be released back into the wild. All our carers have professional training to ensure a high standard of welfare for animals in care. ACT Wildlife also educates the public about sharing urban spaces with native wildlife.
