Sewing Class / Workshop – Family Christmas Stocking Personalised with Embroidery

Variety of prints cotton fabric and threads all provided for workshop! At the end of the class everyone will get beautiful keepsake Christmas Stocking to take home and you will use it year after year.

This class is for beginners who loves sewing or wishes to learn. I offer this workshop for adults and kids age from 10 years old and up.

Making Christmas Stocking will be covering:

-          Working with pattern

-          Cutting fabric ready for sewing

-          Threading and setting up sewing machine for beginners

-          Basic Sewing machine stitching

-          Fabric pressing and steaming

Workshop includes all material needed to complete your stocking. Which includes: variety of cotton fabrics to choose from, white minky fabric with embroidered name, threads. Sewing machines and all tools to use are also provided.

2 – 2,5 hours Workshop in small group (max 4 participants) price early bird tickets $61, general tickets $81 including all materials; Booking is essential. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Suitable for adults or kids. Minimum age for this workshop is 10 yo. But if you have a younger child who loves sewing and has an appetite to learn, message us to inquire regarding a spot for younger child. 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Subiaco Train Station within walking distance. Plenty of parking around. Parking with 1st hour free just on parallel street behind our building on Rowland Street.  

What can I bring into the event? 

Bottle of water

All material and tools required will be provided.
