This workshop provides a step-by-step approach to service review.

 Many public sector organisations are undergoing significant re-structure of how they organise, resource and deliver services.

The key task in such times is to maintain effective service delivery and support staff in their new roles and responsibilities. This can only be done effectively through careful review and re-design of services.


The program includes development of review terms of reference and review project planning together with detailed description of the review processes of service profiling and audit, process re-development, cost and quality performance measurement, service design, and planning together with the management of consultation processes and review governance options.
