About the workshop:
In order to help agencies find and develop the capabilities they need to support their Service Design environment, we need your help to discover and enrich the information we have about Service Design roles and capability in the APS.
We are looking for senior practitioners who have an in-depth understanding of the skills and knowledge required in junior, mid-range and very senior roles in these Service Design disciplines. We will ask you to help us identify the common roles in these disciplines across the APS and then tell us the skills and levels of skill required in each.
We will also ask you to help us collect other information about the roles, like the typical classification levels, sources of relevant learning and qualifications/experience that is helpful.
If you are interested in helping to grow and enrich the Service Design capability in the APS, please sign-up to one of these workshops.
Please note that this is one of many planned workshops and you are welcome to come to any that you have expertise to contribute.
Pre-reading will be shared prior to the session, including links to potentially relevant skills for you to consider. Reading this material prior to the session will enhance your contribution in the session.
