Join us for a pragmatic look at trends in organisations, particularly in relation to quality management systems (QMS), process management and process improvement. In times when face-to-face interactions are restricted, take advantage of this online session to learn from best practice - the good and 'not so good'.

David will explore how organisations are making effective use of ISO Management Standards by using the Context and Planning sections to set their strategic direction. In situations where objectives are not being achieved, David will outline how the Review & Improvement clauses can be used to identify root causes.

A familiar face to SEQN, David Smith is a process improvement and management systems professional with over 30 years' experience working with Australian and global organisations - including SAI Global. Facilitator, coach and practitioner, David will share his extensive experience as a management systems specialist and QMS auditor.
