Description

An informal and relaxed presentation by local lawyers who are working to protect seniors rights. Learn about some of the legal issues that you or senior members of your family may face, including:

  • Intervention orders
  • Access to grandchildren
  • Medical decision making
  • Family care and ‘granny flat’ arrangements
  • Who would make decisions for you if you couldn’t make them for yourself?

Our partner, Seniors Rights Victoria has a telephone helpline for people experiencing elder abuse or issues to do with ageing, 1300 368 821.
