Description

UNE International Hub in partnership with BUPA Australia, is proud to be hosting this very special event with mental health advocate, Nick Bracks.

This free seminar entitled 'Managing Study/Life Balance' is all about discovering ways to manage stress, deal with anxiety and depression and positively charge your mental health so you can get the most out of your every day AND your studies.

Honest, friendly and engaging, Nick has spoken at over 1,000 events to more than 150,000 people.

Having struggled with anxiety and depression from an early age himself, Nick is determined to erase the stigma surrounding mental health. His passion for changing mindsets has led him to conversations with CEOs, school kids – anyone willing to listen – advocating for the cause closest to his heart: mental health awareness.

This event is open to both International and Domestic students at UNE.

We want to encourage you to start the conversation around mental health, break the stigma and connect with others so we hope you can make it.

To register your interest in attending, simply register via this event page and we'll see you on Friday 3 May.

Seminar: 10:30am - 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
