Event description

Description

Please join the Murdoch School of Education for a seminar presented by Murdoch education alumni and coach training provider to schools, Kristy Ambrose.

Does your school have great ideas going unrealized and sacrificed to the mayhem of getting through the term? Are your teachers feeling burnt out, stressed, or frustrated? Are your school leaders saying that their day felt more like’putting out fire’ rather than leading their school toward a vision? Has your school culture deteriorated to the point where staff don’t trust or even respect each other? In this seminar Kristy will outline how to create a meaningful and sustainable cultural shift in your school. Topics discussed will include how to:

  • Unite your team around a common vision
  • Bring everyone together to work toward the same goals
  • Inspire a culture that everyone wants to be a part of, and
  • Empower your team to want to be the best they can be.

Kristy will also explain the following coaching methodologies:

  • Meta Dynamics(TM) – a research based coaching methodology designed to empower people's potential;
  • The Critical Alignment model - a model to support organisational culture change, encompassing the four dimensions of environment, structure, implementation, and people.
