What is Semi Private Training? It is a unique fitness system that gives you the benefits of one-on-one training in a small group envirnoment.

Monday - 6pm
Tuesday - 6:15am, 6pm
Wednesday - 6am, 9:30am, 5pm
Thursday - 6am, 6pm
Friday - 6am, 9:30am
