About this course
This full-day workshop is aimed at those who sell product and are looking for increased sales and strong customer relationships. Participants are given a strong framework to assist in keeping focused during selling situations, gaining excellent sales results and long term customer loyalty. The workshop encompasses self-awareness and ways to adapt both their behaviour and communication style to each different customer. A seven step process aimed at gaining attention, finding buying needs/tells, with a focus on gaining commitment and closing the sale. A must for anyone looking for greater Success in Sales.
Following the program participants will be able to:
- Understand what drives customers to buy
- See the impact behavioural styles have on sales interactions
- Know how to adapt their behaviour & Communication styles for best results
- Understand the benefits of a process to work through
- Have strategies and a toolkit for asking the right questions to lead customers to the decision to buy
- Have a strong strategy for asking for commitment & the sale without discomfort
- Have greater confidence in their sales technique and ability to close the deal
This is a highly interactive program, which will provide participants with the tools to effectively find the customers ‘hot’ button, interact with the receiver in mind, and most importantly role play sales situations to increase confidence in asking for the sale and closing strongly.
