Self-talk: Lead from the inside
Wed. 22 March 2017, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm AEDT
The conversations you have with yourself dramatically impact those you have with others. While your mind is a remarkable instrument of creative power, we all have mental habits and thought patterns that hold us back and corrode our resilience.
Drawing on neuroscience and mindfulness, the Self-talk: Lead from the Inside masterclass will share proven tools to boost your mental capital and align your inner dialogue with your leadership aspirations.
In this Masterclass you will:
- Identify unhelpful mental habits that can hold you back
- Learn how to use self-talk to boost performance
- Experience how to re-balance the negative bias of the brain.
