Would you like to learn about the different types of stress and anxiety and how to manage them?

This presentation will uncover simple, effective ways to recognise and settle stress and anxiety, with the opportunity to practice some easy calming techniques.

Harriet Sciberras will draw on her experience in mental health support work and health psychology research to explore self-care techniques, as well discussing options for both professional treatment and self-care.
