About this event
Planning to bring your school group to the Library?
Whether it be a city excursion, school camp, research project or exhibition viewing, the Library now offers free timed sessions for self-guided groups to explore the Library at your leisure!
With a selection of self-guided trails available, there is something for all ages to discover the Library’s magnificent spaces, exhibitions and treasured collections.
Bookings are free with one ticket equal to a school group of up to 100 students, plus teachers.
Self-guided school guidelines:
- Teachers and students are to break into group ratios of 1:10, with adult supervision required per group, for Year 7 and younger.
- Please be mindful of other visitors during your visit, roving one group through a space at a time.
- Students remain the responsibility of teachers at all times.

Cancellations terms
- If you need to cancel your booking, it is your responsibility to do this via Eventbrite, no less than 4 days before the attendance date.
- Booking via Eventbrite constitutes an intention to attend and confirmation that you have read and understood all applicable terms (which are provided in Eventbrite at the time of booking).
- It is your responsibility to check that all information, including student numbers, are correctly listed in the booking.
