Description

Take time out of the busy-ness of every day life for a mini-retreat introducing mindfulness, self-compassion and gratitude activities into your life. These three self-care activities can be used to enhance your mental health and wellbeing. Self-care is not selfish, in fact, if we don't take good care of ourselves then our capacity to care for others is compromised.

Join me in our welcoming and safe space at Uniquely You Psychology for a few hours on a Saturday morning with a small group of like-minded people and give yourself the gift of self-care.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
