Hipster Doofus - GIDDY UP! Aperol, Australian Prosecco, soda water & orange.

Junior Mint - We don’t need a surgical operation to drop one of these into you. Alizé Rose, lemon juice, passionfruit purée, with Australian Prosecco & mint.

Spongeworthy - We have a limited supply of Espresso Martinis tonight. Are you worthy of the pleasure?

Schmoopie - Who at your table is the Schmoopie? They can have this cocktail, but under no circumstances can they have soup. Smirnoff vodka, Marie Brizard peach, passionfruit purée, pineapple juice with lime and raspberry.

A BIG SALAD - Instead of ‘big lettuce’, ‘big carrots’, and ‘tomatoes like volleyballs’ we’ve thrown Vodka, Malibu, pink grapefruit, lime, pineapple juice & candied orange into a big jug.
