Northern Queensland PHN has partnered with Beacon Strategies to refine the Cairns and Hinterland Suicide Prevention Community Action Plan, which is intended to provide a regional approach to the planning and provision of community-based suicide prevention initiatives for the Cairns and Hinterland region.

We are inviting you to offer your thoughts and insights as a professional into the current state of suicide prevention in Cairns and Hinterland region, and how it should look in the future to achieve better outcomes for the community.

This focus group is targeted to professionals, service providers and service personnel that may come in contact with people at risk of suicide.
