Are you and your staff at breaking point? Bring your questions, examples and ideas to this special practical session as we explore the current ‘lay of the land’ – and share what you have done to help your workforce to maintain some sanity over the past 18 months.

In this session Paul and Brianna will cover:

  • understanding how to support effective hybrid work and the difference between working from home and working at home
  • practical strategies to support you and the mental wellbeing of your employees
  • considerations for building a ‘return to office’ plan that works for all.
