• Virtual delivery: 2 × 3.5-hour sessions over 2 days
• Led by a Crucial Learning SDI® Certified Master Trainer
• Includes your own SDI® + 20 SDI’s to pilot within your organisation, access to the SDI Platform and SDI Resource book for advanced interpretation.

• Understand and explain the four SDI® views (Motivational Value System, Conflict Sequence, Strengths, Overdone Strengths)
• Confidently debrief individuals and teams using the SDI® platform
• Apply insights to improve communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution
• Handle challenging questions and connect SDI® to real organisational contexts
