A weekly gathering of like-minds who want to invest in health and build community.

Living a healthy life comes with many benefits but one thing people don’t talk much about is how isolating it can be. Not drinking, going to bed early, eating healthy and exercising regularly can leave us feeling left out from the mainstream social scene.

@starseed_bonbon7 and I are on a mission to answer the question “where do I meet like-minded people?” by creating a weekly meet up where we will invest in our health with practices like; meditation, movement, breathwork, ice baths, saunas, healthy eating, time in nature and community.

The importance of friendships is often overlooked and is just as important as healthy habits. We need community to grow, feel safe, flourish and get inspired.
