About this Event
This session will be customised to help support the wellbeing issues facing department heads in the screen sector. Many leaders experience high levels of stress, particularly in the creative industries full of; passion, long hours, shrinking budgets, difficult timelines, explosive personalities, constant change and uncertainty.
Information and training on ways to personally navigate this minefield, let alone help your your team through, have - until now, been missing. This session aims to provide information, support and skills that will help find more ease leading your team in your role as a department head, and also will assist you to strengthen your personal wellbeing.

The Screen Well wellbeing webinar sessions were created by filmmaker and mental health advocate Ben Steel, in association with Film Art Media, and in collaboration with mental health professionals, the screen guilds, unions, and interests groups. The event builds on the highly successful Wellness Roadshow designed in collaboration with Film Art Media and Impact Producer, Diana Fisk which has rolled out nationally since the release of The Show Must Go On documentary in October 2019.
